Your first day

Welcome to Lidl in the Czech Republic!

Your first day will be scheduled individually and should consist of:

• attending a welcome meeting with Global Mobility team
• meeting you manager and colleagues
• obtaining your IT equipment and entrance card
• handing over of your company car
• taking mandatory trainings

The welcome meeting, led by the Global Mobility team, will give you important information that you need before starting your role and will answer any questions you have about your journey with us.
